British famous architect Sir Edwin Lutyens laid down its foundation stone in 1931. Here you will get to see the eternal flame (Amar Jawan Jyoti). 13,000 soldiers’ names are in scripted around the structure and these soldiers fought in World War I & Anglo Afghan war.
