  • Day 1: Holy City Tour

    Stop At: Old City of Jerusalem, Jerusalem Israel
    We will meet at the Abraham Hostel lobby to meet the rest of the group. Starting from Jaffa Gate of the Old City, we’ll step back into time and walk through the different Quarters of the Old City. Taking in the indescribable energy that every corner presents, we’ll visit the sites most holy to all three religions. To Jews, the Western (Wailing) Wall, the last remains of the Jewish Temple which stood here thousands of year ago. To Muslims, the site where the Prophet Mohammed ascended to heaven, the Dome of the Rock, as well as the courtyard of the beautiful Al Aqsa Mosque. And to Christians, the Via Dolorosa along which Christ walked with his own cross to his crucifixion, and the room of the last supper, as well as venturing inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre! Biblical stories will be put into context as you stand in the place where they took place whilst learning about the 5 Pillars of Islam, the foundation of the Jewish nation and the discovery of the True Cross, to name a few.

    This is an amazing way to experience the rich history of Jerusalem, a tour packed with amazing sites, stories and spectacles that will bring a new meaning to almost every page in Biblical history. Leave political opinions and preconceptions behind as you begin this truly inspiring and revealing tour of an extraordinary city.

    Day 2: Mount of Olives Tour

    Stop At: Mount of Olives, Mt of Olives, Jerusalem
    Our Mount of Olives Tour is the best way to explore and discover the treasures that lie in this special area which is of legendary importance to Christians and Jews alike. This Mount has overlooked the city of Jerusalem as it has been built, razed and conquered over thousands of years, and it has the stories, historical sites, and spiritual significance to match this unique position overlooking the old city.

    In this fully guided tour, we’ll learn about the importance of the Mount of Olives. Chosen as a site of pilgrimage by the Jews to lament the destruction of the First Temple because of its stunning views of the Temple site and the Old City of Jerusalem, the Mount of Olives is home to the oldest Jewish burial ground in the World, which we’ll visit, with several tens of thousands of graves dating back to Canaanite era. For Christians, the Mount of Olives is hallowed as the location of the Gates of Heaven that will open on Judgement day, and the location of Jesus’ last week on Earth. You’ll visit many important ancient churches and the Mosque of Ascension, to piece together the history of this beautiful area before finishing the tour at Mary’s Tomb (next to the Lion's Gate).

    Day 3: Masada, Ein Gedi, and Dead Sea (Self Guided Tour)

    Stop At: Masada National Park, Masada 8698000 Israel
    Masada is one of Israel’s most important archaeological sites, and the site of one of the greatest tales of Jewish heroism. The excavated ruins are fascinating to explore, and the remarkable location high above the surrounding desert and the Dead Sea, makes this an impressive experience.

    Stop At: Ein Gedi Israel
    After leaving Masada, we’ll travel the short distance to the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. Surrounded by desert, this beautiful reserve offers a beautiful hike alongside the cool waters which flow from the spring. Stop and cool off beside one of the pools which can be found along the way, before returning to the entrance and heading to our final stop of the day.

    Stop At: Dead Sea, Israel
    The lowest place on Earth, the Dead Sea is really a lake with water so salty that it allows you to float. Read your newspaper whilst As the lowest place on Earth, the Dead Sea's water is so salty that it allows you to float. Float in the water and immerse yourself in the therapeutic mud before returning to Tel Aviv having enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you’ll never forget.
